This equipment can not only make outputs statistics to SPC by measuring inner diameter and position, squareness and linearity of each inner diameter on the basis of D-datum, E-datum and F-hole of cylinders, but also perform M/C compensation by getting X-Y coordinate values of each hole like 3-dimensional gauges. Besides, measured data can be utilized through Excel, etc.
